We reserve your Company Name type (in English) ending with LTD, PCC, PLC or LLC. It cannot be identical or similar to another business name or existing trademark, or contain any offensive or vulgar words.

At least 1 business activity in its business profile, with a maximum of 2 business activities.

An initial paid-up capital can be injected any time after incorporation.

A fiscal year period must be chosen, which can be any time of the year.

1 to 50 shareholders. The shareholders can either be an individual or another corporate entity, and the shares are not made available to the general public. 100% local or foreign shareholding is allowed. A shareholder can also be the director of the company.

Information relating to any individuals directly or indirectly, solely or jointly holding a significant (50%) control power in any classes of shares.

At least one Director who is an ordinarily resident aged 18 years and above. However, certain individuals (e.g. bankrupts and persons convicted of offences involving fraud or dishonesty) are disqualified from holding director positions.
