All members of our Board of directors are individuals with successful careers in a mix of business, banking, and other fields, and have representation in the necessary disciplines for the board to meet its responsibilities. Similarly, all our senior management team will have substantial experience in the financial industry and have who would be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the bank.
